What kind of box is it?
I'm always looking for photos of German and foreign countries airplanes
and portrait photos of HJ in postcard size.
No idea unfortunately but that symbol on the reverse will be the key I think. It reminds me a little of the Österreiches Jungvolk symbol (if you ignore the 'H') but that would make no sense whatsoever. Certainly looks like that would be a cross beneath the 'H' which hints at a medical item as you say.
