This seems uncommon to me. And not cheap. But I don't know much about that topic. Some of his photos and discriptions are just gross.

It's unusual, but it happened. In my handbook I do show some of such photographs (three)
from boys with two triangles. You can see them on pages 20 and 21. There is another one
on page 565 (a girl)

Well now it has been priced down a bit.
