I just recieved my second pair of Oberbannführer shoulder straps .
This pair I got a really good buy on . I believe they are worth double what I paid for them .
Posted are both pair side by side with minor differences . The older pair are the first photo . The new pair are the second photo ...
This flag is "wrong" if you go by the regulations but it just looks "right". The fringe is something you would see on some early HJ flags but the locally made corner patch shows the Gefolgschaft numbering convention introduced in 1935. It got me thinking that this might be an early flag that...
I have heard of Hitlerjugend Organizations showing up all over the world in the 1930s Mostly children of German familes that had business outside the Greater german Reich ... But Palastine ............ I never knew .
From what I have read it seems that the Palastina HJ was problibly based in...
This one is up on Winkler's update today for 30 Euro. Cheap price for a neat addition to a buckle collection I think. D.J. converted to H.J. with the eagle and motto center piece missing. It's in horrible condition but shows the conversion method pretty nicely and what was done to the buckle...
A set of DJ Fahnlienführer straps up on Ebay DE at the moment. Jungbann 257 Alfeld. Described as L.B.A.? but they are not IMO. There was an L.B.A. Schule at Alfeld and I have a set of Bann 257 straps that were converted to L.B.A. straps. A good set for a DJ leader, but look at the price, YIKES...
I was offered this set and went ahead and bought them. An odd set, they appear to be transitional straps converted from 1934 pattern straps to post 1938 leadership straps. It appears they were originally for Bann 233 Gladbach-Rheydt of the West/Ruhr-Niederrhein Gebiet and then converted for Bann...
Hi all,
I believe the DJH produced amazing Tinnies during the III Reich period. We know how beautiful is the Hamburg Hein Godenwind 1934. Even the basic 1937 has a couple of really nice versions. Talking about the this one, I guess it is so common and well produced because it is related to the...

Single H.J. Shoulder Board for Oberstammfuhrer of Gebietstab 12, Moselland. Interesting version that's been converted to slip on with the addition of a leather tounge on the reverse. These Gebietstab straps are very stiff like "boards" with reinforcement sewn on the inside.
hi all
thought id show this buckle front and back as it is a nice variation that is not widely known.
the Dj buckle was decomissioned in place of the Hitler youth buckle on 4.6.1937,all youth in the Hj and DJ would from that point on wear the HJ buckle, if you wanted instead of buying a new hj...
