In the last update of the well-known Hamburg shop appears:
HJ Paar Schwalbennester fur einen Tambourmajor eines Musikzuges - Hitlerjugend - Uniformeffekten und Hoheitsabzeichen der NSDAP und ihrer Parteiorganisationen - Militaria / Helmut Weitze
Says: "um 1938" (Around 1938). How is it possible to know that? What's your opinion?

The rzm price label A is not correct, I have original hj schwalbennester and they have a rzm price J.
I would not buy them at that price...

Here is a set I once owned. Note the snaps on the reverse of the nests and the strap for removal during washing of the uniform. It's my opinion these were a good used period set. I agree the tag appears suspect on that set from Wietze and the price is high.
