Do you think this scarf is original? IMO the RZM label is a copy :thumbdown:

It's another collector who told me there exist a risk with this type of fuzzy label : material used for the label not good, poor definitions of the letters.
Here is his example :

there i a tag like this in one of the books i have and it looks just as fuzzy and worn as yours does
 
Some new info. These HJ labels are copied in France since the 90, by a french dealer, with other types of RZM labels (SA,PL,SS,...).
That's why i'm very suspicious :sneaky2:
I now try to find something like that for more security...

I guess spend so much money on an scarf what can to be a copy is a mistake. I haved made mine on tailor whit measures.
The price of all 15 €. I got a nice fake but cheap.
 
here is a halstuch rzm i have ,very worn, also its not sewn inside the hem its like its ironed on to the silk scarf wich has a nice sheen to it :thumb: i wouldnt buy any with the tag type shown just to be on the safe side

HJ scarf

Has anyone ever seen an HJ scarf with a check pattern in it. I saw one recently on ebay and wondered if it was real. No tag or markings of any kind that I can see. I'm new at HJ stuff and I want to build a mannequin. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!:help::confused:

Admin Edit: No, the neck scarves for all sections of the Hitler Youth were black.

I think some of those tagged scarfs are just listed at dutchmilitaria.com

I didn't buy one, since this and other threads at this forum don't convince me!
 
An other fake . The material is a little bit "waxy " too
