This type with cotton tress and fringe was worn by the Fanfarenzugführer. However, the regulations say that the lining should be cotton (same material used for the HJ shirt).
 
They look good Ruslan. Possibly these were repaired using that differenmt brown backing? I don't know but as Garry says, the material should normally be the same as for the HJ shirt.

They look good to me but there is still that problem with the backing material. If I was buying a pair of these I would go for shirt material but that's just me.
