Hitler Youth overcoat (HJ-Mantel) Napola? Help wanted

Hi there , I have just purchased a new HJ mantel , and would like your opinions on it .. I have already been told of its originality , I just need to know what or who should have worn something like this with the different coloured collar, the collar was done period, just need to know what branch of the HJ it is from..

Not an expert but it doesn't look like the standard HJ greatcoat..?
