I dont think that this patch has anything to do with the Hitlerjugend. However; this is just my opinion ( I could be wrong) it may be pre Nazi or postwar East German Communist youth . Or maybe even early 1930s youth but not Nazi supported .

The buckle is very hard to find. It is very nice to see it on a period photo.
