Oskar Just, very active between 1933 - 1939. Mostly males in his drawings. Females are very rare. Yours is from one of his postcard sets: Vier Mädchenbilder /Jungmädel und BdM.

He corroborated with Wolfgang Willrich on a set of books (2 volumes) Nordisches Blutserbe im süddeutschen Bauerntum.

1. Vol: 36 color and 28 black & white drawings/
2. Vol: Die Ostmark. 32 color und 16 black & white drawings.
