Off topic and not HJ related, but I received this quite rare postcardsize photo today, and want to share it with you.

It's a NSFK member in working clothes with NSFK Ikaros "eagle", the characteristic NSFK beret and NSFK dagger.

I don't know who moved this thread, but NSFK was not a NSDAP organisation.

Until its dissolution in 1945, NSFK was an independent body, governed by public law (eine selbständige Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts).

Nor was NSFK subject to the RZM uniform regulations, like other NSDAP organizations.

NSFK had their own schools and NSFK personel trained Flieger-HJ members.

I did. The NSFK was was a paramilitary organisation. So was the HJ. This forum concerns itself with HJ. The sub-forum "NSDAP" is appropriate in this case. I do the the same with Studentenbund threads when I see them. You said "off-topic" and I can see what you mean but Google / guests can't see the "Stammtisch" sub-forum so I moved the thread mainly for that reason.
 
The NSFK badge is one of the nicest TR designs I think.
