HJ Shoulder Boards

What kind of SB are these. Looks like the piping is a whit color and what is the meaning of the red cord? Somebody told me Steifendienst but I don’t know. Thank you for your feedback. JME

They look quite grey actually JME which would indicate that they are DJ. You have them in hand though so if they are definitely white then they are Streifendienst as you say. The red cord means war volunteer.

Most definetly Strief. From West, Duseldorf, Bann 233 Mönchengladbach-Rheydt. This style and coloring was introduced around June 1942 for the HJ Patrol Service. As Garry has said the red Kordel is for a war volunteer.

Thank you Garry and Gefolgschaft for your feedback. These have been removed from a Uniform so these are used but still appear to be quite white in color. Thank you again for your fast response! Much appreciated. JME
