The lists are by year and I did things that way to show how the structure changed. Check the 1934 'sorted by Gebiet' list and note all Bann numbers for Ost/Berlin. Do the same for the following years and you'll get the picture for Berlin by year. There were more Banne in Berlin in 1934 than in 1941/2 for example. Sounds illogical I know but there were many changes to the structure between 1933 and 1944

Thanks Garry, I am generally more interested in the late war years, so I think the 1941 list should fit more, if I understood the logic.
