DRGM on a late war HJ badge ? Why?

Why on earth would the old German Patent abbreviation Deutsche Reichsgebrauchsmuster be on a late war HJ membership badge? The answer is simple, it certainly would not be!! What is the "Muster" here? the way the needle is soldered on? The actual shape of the badge? or the actual design? This was made by someone with little understanding of what DRGM means. Sadly, it is up for sale as Original at MILI321 by a member here. (maybe that member could have asked for opinions first? but maybe he already did, and does not believe what members here tell him... in any case.. who really cares.. after all, its a poxy €25.- we are talking about.....

looks like hes trying to get rid of his rubbish on mil because he knows he cant sell them on forums due to the fact they are fakes
