I found a period source dated 14.3.1938 today which mentions the "new achievement badge for the Jungmädel". That pushes the introduction date for the badge back a month or two compared to what we worked out previously. This new source clears up the issue of the introduction date once and for all I think. Just to narrow in even more on the date for the introduction of the JM achievement badge I came across a number of newspaper articles talking about the "new" JM-Achievement badge around the 10th-13th of March 1938 so a whole three days earlier than we had before 😜
