Another lovely Tinnie has arrived to my collection: Bannaufmarsch Bann 66, 9.-10. Juni 1934.
Berg is a city located 138 Kms west from Berlin, the Bundesland Sachsen Anhalt. This city belongs to the “Kreis Jerichow”.
As you can all see, Bann 66 was Jerichow, something that you can check in the (Bänne) Banns’ list available for members in this forum.
So, what is in the Tinnie? As you can see, the design is splendid, and right in the middle, we can see the coat of arms of the city, Burg.
I contacted the Town Hall from the City to ask about the event. Like, almost always, they have no records, but told me to track the local Newspaper: Tageblatt für die Kreise Jerichow-Burger Zeitung. But still not much to do and little information to contact these people.
