Very nice Tomas, particularly the last one.

For those who might not know about this HJ martyr: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Werner_Gerhardt

Werner Gerhardt (born 22nd December 1912 in Zeitz, † June 30th, 1932) was a Jungvolk leader and the first "martyr of the Nazi movement" in Gau Halle-Merseburg.

Gerhardt's father died in the First World War. In the late 1920s Gerhardt joined the Hitler Youth and on the
31st of May 1932 he was returning home after a HJ meeting when he was stabbed by Helmut Fritz, a member of the Zeitz Reichsbanner. Gerhardt subsequently collapsed in a part of the town known as Wendischer Berg. The perpetrator was arrested a short time later. The news of this murder spread quickly and party members tried to break into the prison in order to get hold of Fritz but were beaten off by police with batons. The attack on Gerhardt led to a period of unrest in Zeitz which continued for weeks.

After the attack, the now unconscious Gerhardt was taken to the city hospital. He was operated on five times in total but died four weeks later. His funeral on the 3rd of July 1932 in the Johannis Cemetery in Zeitz was accompanied by jeering and whistling from political opponents. This again led to further unrest.

Between 1932 and 1945, Gerhardt was worshipped by the Nazi system as a martyr of the movement. At Wendischer Berg in Zeitz a monument was erected in his name. This was followed later by his name being given to a HJ leadership school, a further school and to the road in which he was stabbed. The Museum of the National-Socialist movement also had a display
