Hi Everyone,

Picked this one up today. My first one with Bezitsurkunde. the document was stored safely in a celluloid cart holder. Seems to be from a girl. Can anyone read that name???

Hüpfer, nee Heinrich but that christian name is odd isn't it. Looks like Tinchen or perhaps Linchen. The -chen would normally indicate that the name shown is a diminutive of the actual name.

Almost right Garry! The only thing I would think is that her last name has been Hupfer. There is a dash above a "u" in some German handwritings to make a difference to an "n". In this case you will also find it in the street address: Bayreutherstr. 1. There is the same dash above the "u". (The address is by the way is just 15 minutes from here.) Christian :biggrin1:
