Hi
I have had a WW2 dagger for many years that was brought back from the war by my grandfather. I recently did some research and have been able to gain some understanding of the type of dagger I own. Someone wants to purchase this from me and I need help finding out the value of this item.
One side of the blade has "Blut und Ehre" etched into the metal. The opposite side says: Carl Schmidt Sohn with Solingen underneath the name. To the right of the name there is a small symbol of what looks like a church. There is also a marking that says GES GESCH(this is outlined with a circle). I have the sheath as well. Here are 2 pictures that may be helpful. Thank you ahead of time for any help!
