Early Hitler Youth knives from Hartkopf and Konejung

I think one of these HJ knives has had an interesting life and could tell a story or two. The other? Well, I think it hid in the cupboard

Great looking pair of knives Steve! I like them both ways, near new and old with use and anything in-between.

Salty one is heaps better. They were made to be used and the ones that got used have character. Not sterile like the minty ones.

OK no disrespect to the mint examples. They are nice and to be valued, but I like used examples.

I know what you mean Pat They are both lovely in their own right. The Konejung is the first one i brought and will always stay with me. The other is nice BUT I would let it go if i had to ...
