I have always wanted to purchase a HJ dagger,the problem I have is how to tell the fakes from the real ones,any advise would be nice.What should I expect to pay for one in good shape.Mike Cianciolo

the info supplied by lakeside is great but if you look around you can pick them up cheaper than on dealers sites

you can be lucky enough to pay anything from as little as $50 to a $1000 for a hj knife, just depends where you find it, the thrill of the chase
