I'm not particularly knowledgeable on HJ knives so please wait for other more experienced opinions but the knife looks great to me.

My Early Hartkopf Solingen HJ Knife

    Your knife looks nice!!!

Does anyone know why they stop putting the moto "blood and honour" on the later HJ knifes?

My Early Hartkopf Solingen HJ Knife

Here is my Early Hartkopf Solingen HJ Knife. I prefer the early Hartkopt Solingen Maker Mark, they look more like Devils. Plus it has the Moto on the blade.

Does anyone know why they changed the Hartkopf Maker Mark logo artwork on the later Hartkopt HJ knifes?

This was announced on te 19th of August 1938. From that date no further knives with the motto were to be made and delivered. Why they did it I don't know as that isn't explained in the order. Perhaps it was a cost issue? Anyone else have any ideas?

I can't help with your other question regarding the Hartkopf MM unfortunately. We have members who may be able to assist though.
