I don't think there has been an in-depth study undertaken to try and determine a makers rarity list such as the McSARR list by Mike McAlvanah for SA daggers. You could use the Fisher quick Reference to look at all or most of the maker marks, and see which manufacturers made HJ knives, and then just review threads to see how common or scarce they are.
To do a full and relatively complete list would be a huge undertaking, involving thousands of samples, and even then, it may not be accurate.
Unless one has access to the manufacturers production data for all makers, it would be a very difficult task.
For example, I had a near mint Emil Gierling transitional - it is the only one I've ever seen marked in that fashion but there could well be thousands of them out there somewhere...
