Looks like the shoulderboard has a number on it?
Possibly 75 (BREMEN)?
I tought that HJ flakhelferboards hadn't any assignation to a location on them, was I wrong and ar there exceptions?
So would it not be possible that this is rather, in correlation with the helmet (LW) that these are boards for a HJ Flieger boy and not flakhelfer?

I do not know for sure, but I see the letter "P" as from the shoulder-strap
for the Grosses Militär-Waisenhaus (MWP). But for sure, I have not ever seen
a piped strap.
The Waisenhaus had various youngsters that served as Flakhelfer, anyway I
know that from the Potsdam institution there were some assigned since
early 1943.

A group of Flakhelfer, with HJ armbands and Luftwaffe helmets, operating a Bofors(?) anti-aircraft gun.
