Great picture. I think the boy at right has some sort of Winterhilfswerk-Heftchen hanging on his pocket.
 
Very nice , the boy on the left is also Jungvolk (DJ) .
 
Nice picture!! the only other photo of this patch in wear i have seen is on page 363 in mr. Saris`s impressive "handbook of the hj". there is an example for sale at collectors guild , but i cannot comment on originality!!!!
 
The photo is from the the Zwinger palace in Dresden "Der Dresdner Zwinger". It served as the orangery, exhibition gallery and festival arena of the Dresden Court. In the background the "Wallpavillon".

The term "Zwinger" originally means an undeveloped area between outer and inner city walls.

The building was mostly destroyed by the bombing raids of 13–15 February 1945. The art collection had been previously evacuated. Reconstruction, supported by the Soviet military administration, began in 1945. Parts of the restored complex were opened to the public in 1951. By 1963 the Zwinger had largely been restored to its pre-war state.
