The banner in the foreground says 'Dankt der alten Garde' (thanks the old guard). You can see this slogan on the tinnies for the second Gebiet 7 Nordsee rally held in Bremen in 1937. The locality looks too rural to be Bremen though I would have thought so perhaps this is the first rally? 1936 maybe?

Thanks for the information guys.
In the third picture, would those have been leaders of the Gebiet or possible higher ranking.
I will have to look when I get home to see if there was anything written on the back but I do not think that there was.

my fave grouping comes from this area wonder if he was in that crowd i know he was at the event that garry showed the tinnie for
