This photo of some Motor-HJ on tour has many interesting details.

They are wearing some sort of [non-regulation ?] protective coverall, goggles, visor caps with eagle, armband, large cloth HJ-diamond. One is wearing what looks like a district triangle with a Traditions-stripe/Traditionslitze. The motorbike is a DKW.

Interesting that the boys wear the sports emblem on the chest, the sleeve triangle and armband but no shoulder straps. Great photos Henrik.

Interesting photos. This clearly isn't either of the two versions of the Motor-HJ Fahranzug that was introduced in 1936 and 1939 respectively. In any case, the overall shown on the photos is one-piece where the Fahranzug was a jacket and trousers. There is nothing in the regulations about one-piece overalls for the Motor-HJ so I'm wondering whether they are wearing an NSKK item with HJ insignia under local arrangements? The strange wearing of both the cloth patch and the armband may be down to changes noted in the regulations for the Motor-HJ Fahranzug. Initially no armband was permitted but rather the cloth diamond was worn on the left sleeve. Later, the armband was permitted so perhaps confusion resulted in what we see in the photos. What's the date of the event in which the boys are taking part?
