... Has any of you guys seen by the way his latest "Bannführer" from Nord Nordmark ... A Bannführer he is not, but he does wear a nice visored cap with a ribbed airforce cap-band, which surely indicates him to be Flieger-HJ, due to the color of the cap and uniform.

Well, here he is.

Scharführer, Bann 107 [?].

My question is ... The visorcap that this Fleiger HJ is wearing does not seem to be a regulation HJ visor . The brim looks to be Luftwaffe / Kreigsmarine pattern. I cannot make out the piping color . Anyone else , please submit your opinions .

To me it seems a regular type of Luftwaffe enlisted ranks cap by the ribbed cap band, the brim
along the visor and a rather thick piping. As Flieger-HJ he should wear blue of course.
The only possibility is that he does wear a cap for Luftwaffe-Reserve as they did wear light-blue;
a darker-blue was in use by Luftwaffe Sanitäts Unteroffiziere, but I do not know exactly (can't
remember) if both these colors also was in use with visored caps.
