Excellent photo of rarely seen shoulder straps. I've seen only one example in a very advanced collection in all my years of collecting and studying.

yes I also wish I had such a "RS" shoulder board.
The boy on the pictures must be from Reichssender Stuttgart (button "2") and so he must wear the "Runsfunkspielschar Stuttgart" triangle.

Shoulder boards are much much more rare and difficult to find than the triangle IMO. I want a set so much.
