STRANGE COMBINATIONS

I recently received this photo. Shoulder strap looks like HJ. But the combination of a Luftwaffe eagle on top of a panzer(?) skull in the cap.
Further more the jacket has shoulder patches, one with a skull and also a LW breast eagle is worn.
It would be most interesting to hear comments on this one.

And seems he is wearing aswell the flakhelfer's blouse, you can notice it by 1st button. The fliegerbluse don't had it. Probably this boy had too much fantasies on his head.

One would think that in a state like Germany between 1933 - 1945 regulations should be followed. Maybe there is an explanation to this.
I once had a copy of a Magazine, Bildzeitung, from the 60´s. In it was an interesting picture and article about a man fully dressed up as an officer in a Luftwaffe uniform
with many decorations. The odd thing is that he was pictured shaking hands with Hitler. I think the articles name was: "Mit falschem Schmuk zum Hitlers Händedrück".
