You could make up little lots, 1 whistle, 1 shoelace and 1 scarf knot, "The DJ-starters Kit"
I dont believe any of this Youth Hostel rubbish is genuine, but thats just me.

Hello

Thanks for your comments.
would it be possible to have photos of true whistles HJ / DJ / BDM

The whistles used in the HJ seem to be unmarked. There seems to be no HJ / RZM regulation.
I once found a private whistle in a stored away winter uniform which I collected from an old man's attic.
So I know this one is old and was used in his HJ group, but it is not really HJ related.
Boy scout whistles are well known collectors items and easy to find in England and the US.
Boy scouts in Germany rarely ever used whistles and if, they were not stamped or etched in any way.
So any old whistle from the local German Flohmarkt (or Ebay.de) will do and will cost less than $5.

I just saw one like the one I own on Ebay.
Item number 201274765967 there.
It sells for 2,60 Euro at the moment.

Does that mark say "7/43 SS RZM"?

Edit: I found another one with slightly different number: "47/39 SS RZM"

So, I assume that these are whistles made for the SS?

Hi,
The end with the ring is similar to this one made of wood. But as said, those whistles were never subject to approval by the Reichszeugmeisterei, so the most you can say is that a whistle was used by an HJ member (especially if it was originally attached to a leader's lanyard), but not that it was an HJ whistle.
