Well, its not a HJ pole. That's clear. The bayonet pole top is of the HJ design of course but it looks to be in very bad condition (or just very badly cast by a faker). M10 is the musical instrument code. Which of the pictured items has that on it?

HJ Flag pole

Hello Maurice-NL,

crack is right, this flag pole is certainly not for HJ. Here are pictures of a HJ flag pole.

Best Regards

Eric

hello widukind
what i understand is that there where different kind of poles, the one you showed me with bayonet closing is most common one, and that the one i sent the pics of is an early one.
they also where made of bamboo ( sent pic of it)
and is it also correct there where made 4 types of these flag poles(fahnespitzen) ? early ones of steel, second ones of copper/ messing, third one of combi messing/ aluminium and the latest of aluminium ????

i did some further googling :biggrin1:
maybe the pole is wehrmacht, i found some pics and the pole is thicker like the one i showed and also a short torque piece ( dont know the right word) the thing to connect the 2 poles to make it one
but then the big question...... is the pole and pole top the real deal or not

From 1938, the metal parts of the flag poles were mostly of aluminum.
In the early period, it is possible that the brass has been used.
The bamboo has been used for the " Bannfahne"

hello maurice,
the hj don t use such "belt".
What is the complet word on the pole ."Kriegerkameraden ?"
In this case it could be a Reichkriegerbund one .
bertl

bertl59

the sentence on the pole is "kriegerkameradschaft neuenhofen a. ybbs "
more info i got from owner .... the pole comes from monschau. Hope this helps allong
i am also searching the internet

and your right about the belt, its WEHRMACHT (WH) marked with a stamp
