Hello

Do you think that this box is related to the HJ or NSDAP?
I think the life rune was also used by the civilians...
On the paper label : parckordnung and landwirtschaftkasten.

Let me have a look Lauri. I know that there is a regulation which removed the swiss cross from all Feldscher kits and introduced the life rune. Hang on and I'll get the details....

Found it. The order is dated 2.7.1937 and states that all current Feldscher equipment with the swiss cross must be changed to a white life rune on red background. I don't know whether white rune on red is a typo but the Feldscher flags, armbands and later arm patches all had the red on white we usually see. I would say that your case could well have been used by the HJ.

Thank you for this clarification about regulation Garry. I found almost the same box in my photo archive.
The debate stays open!
