The silver marks looks Danish.

Two towers means: Silver plated.

Silver maker mark M&TB: Madsen & T. Baagøes Eftf., Copenhagen. This mark was used from 1958 to 1973 (and maybe earlier).

I don't remember what the PP mark means.

The spoon looks very new, and not period. Some flatware patterns are still made, so you can't date it from that.

I don't know about the engravings, but I don't like it.

To me .... they just dont look like 70 year old silverware .

The PP means double plated so I am told. I also have a spoon and a fork the same as your original images

The engraved letters GFS and RFS were Gebietsführerschule and Reichsführerschule respectively. These were leadership schools. However, you see this cutlery very often and it is something I personally would stay away from. Henrik's information appears to prove that the items cannot be from the period and I'm sure that information like that could discount most of the cutlery we see on dealers' sites etc..
