I think this may be a keeper for sure. I have never seen one quite like it. Except in a few pictures:good:

That's a great look with the black/white tassles and ties. Do you still have those pics showing a fanfare banner like this in use John?
 
Somewhere Gary........I'll see if i can find something...... Funny thing is these are like buses. I haven't seem many for ages. And then i buy a collection eeeeekkkk šŸ˜
 
I would bet that this is an early one ..problibly pre 1935 . Thank you for posting .
