The flag is worrying. The rings are incorrect and I don't like the corner panel. Could you post more pictures and also give the flag dimensions please?

garry about the rings your right, they are not original
the rest of the flag i have no doubts about it
here are some more pics of it, the swastika on the flag is made of 3 layers

Fahnenespiegel

Hello,
I don´t like the "Fahnenspiegel" on this flag, they look very "woolish".
Here are pictures of RZM-originals.

Thanks for the pics. What size is the flag? I just can't help thinking that this is an original corner patch that has been added to a flag that was not originally a Gefolgschaft flag.

I think that this "wool" type of Spiegel is okay Alois. I had original Fähnlein and Gefolgschaft flags some years ago and one of them had the wool type (here). The DJ had a cotton twill patch.

HJ flags were manufactured from Baumwolle (cotton) or Wolle (Wool) according to a
flag manufacturers catalogue and so will be then the patch. This is my opinion.
The tag is - if okay - an early one with TA abbrevation: Textilabzeichen and in use
until spring 1935.

hello maurice-nl.16/708 is for the gefolgschafts number?

hi Maurice,
that s the first time i see a number on a "Fahnenspitze".
