Please help identify this pennant

I recently found this in an attic of a house remodel and have reserched it to be a youth organiztion flag of some sort any info would be greatly appreciated

You have a rare item there goblin. It's a Jungmädeluntergau pennant. In this case for Jungmädeluntergau 99. The Jungmädel were the 10-14 year old girls and these pennants were the highest formational pennant in the organisation. Could you post some more pics?
