Hi...... Stumbled across the forum trying to find more info on this piece. After no luck else where on the net thought this was the best hope for an answer.......... Came with a small lot of WWII pennants I bought........ Can't find another like it......... Is it a HJ pennant and if so anyone have any ideas of its use?

12" 6/8 in length and a little short of 8" along hoist. Clip is 1"1/8....... NO part of the pennant reacts to UV....... 3 piece construction leben rune............

Hello

The red Lebensrune was used by the medical qualified personnel of the HJ/BDM. I've seen pennants with, so maybe a start of explanation!
 
The life-rune is diffently Medical related .
However , I am not sure if this penant is directly related to the HJ , as many Third Reich organizations used the life-rune insignia .
