I amended the title to accurately reflect the nature of your enquiry but yes, you're correct. Both are modern copies. Search the forum for "coffin" and you'll see one of the main things that identifies these badges as fakes. An upgrade to your forum account would give you access to the fakes sub-forum where you will find many fakes with this type of pin attachment.

No probs Zacker. That coffin-shaped pin base is found on a large number of different badges so always worth keeping it in mind.
