Yes, as Stu says, this is generally considered to be a copy. What has always interested me though is why. Are the older collectors aware of the source of the copies? What I mean is; are these known to have been produced in the 60s, 70s or whenever? Or are they considered copies simply because they differ in appearance to the accepted version?
 
the main reason these are seen as copies is not only the hardware on the reverse but the very poorly defined details when compared to an original,there was not many of these made so cant see why they would have used a differant die that was of such inferior quality
