I have never handled a 1944 and due to the nature of the competition, there may be different versions of the Reichssieger document. I have seen pictures where the 1944 certificate is in a grey folder (linen/cardboard) like the peacetime version (post #2). In other pictures it is just a folded paper document so I wouldn't be able to say one way or the other whether the one you have there is good. The 1944 would certainly be easier to fake than those that preceded it so caution definitely needed. Hopefully other members will offer their opinions.
