Here is a Reichskampf Hamburg badge. Sadly there is a slight damage in the diamond.
What do you thin about this badge?

Thanks and regards,
Sven.

It looks good to me Sven but Stu is the expert on these, I would wait for his comments. I love these competition badges and I prefer this design to the Munich and Cologne ones:001_smile:

hi nick
im far from an expert lol but looks fine to me ,worn on the high points of the eagle but still a fine badge,

Missed this one first time around. There would have been a minimum requirement of 6323 badges, this being the number of Gausieger who attended the finals in Hamburg in 1938. To this we have to add an unknown but probably much smaller number of badges for the officials present at the finals. I would guess that the total number of these badges would have been around 7000-7500.

What it puzzle me is that, for the 1937 and 1939, the badges are marked (both Hoffstäter), both, who made the 1938 Badge and why is not marked?

Thanks

Regards

Antonio
