Hi to all the specialists!
This item seems not to have any tags or insignias.
I do not have any further photos yet.
Is it Jungvolk after all? Early Jungvolk?
If not, what do you think it is?
I am looking foreward to reading your opinions.
Thank you und Danke
Christian

It looks good to me . It seems like it has "SNAPS" on the top and sides .
On average these will sell for as low as 50 US dollars to as high as 450 US dollars from a dealers site .

Thank you for your opinions, and especially for the price range.
Yes it is a pitty there seem to be no tags at all.
I would love to read more opinions.
Any doubtful ones?

It could be Deutsche Kinderschar. The organization ceased to exist in 1934 so that could be why there is no RZM. The cap was worn without an insignia.

Interesting idea! Thank you.
Having this item in hand now I find it is black,
and not as I hoped dark blue.
Did Jungvolk ever wear black Schiffchen?
The ones from the Deutsche Kinderschar seem to be brown.
And, yes, it has "snaps".
Thanks for your help.

I've been trying to find info on the Deutsche Kinderschar uniform. Unfortunately, there's not much out there aside from a couple of poster/postcard artist's renderings and black & white photos. My impression is that the DK cap was black. In any case, the cap shown here seems to have the Kinderschar form.

I don't think that there ever was an official/sanctioned uniform for the kids in the NS-Frauenschaft Kinderschar. A letter from May 1936 from the Reichsleitung of the NS-Frauenschaft shows that DJ and JM uniforms had been procured for children in some parts of Germany but that this was against the wishes of the head of the NS-Frauenschaft, Scholz-Klink. The letter states that it was not her wish that the KInderschar kids wear a standardised uniform. It was agreed that DJ/JM uniforms being worn at that time by the children could be kept in use until no longer serviceable.
