Not HJ . maybe a civilian ski cap from the 60s-70s .
 
Look at that item description... Typical Ebay with all of the possible permutations covered. I'm surprised that he didn't go all the way and work the words "naked" and "gay" into the title. He confidently describes the item as an "original HJ cap" but in the same breath the confidence disappears and he says that it's "probably" a HJ winter/ski cap. He says that he removed the cap eagle and that it's not part of the auction thereby deliberately misleading the uninformed buyer by introducing spurious pseudo-authenticity. Low-life... Still got his sale though! Unbelievable..
