Wow, great find Garry, very interesting.
The triangles are hard to spot, it seems that only few were worn.
There is another one (the same?) at 15:52 to 15:53.
Thank you for sharing.

Ok , I took the time to contribute to our forum . If somebody can get better photos , please do so .
Here are photos of the American HJ Bund that are relevant .
You can see a Sigrune emblem on the sports shorts .
The Sigrune on the shirts . The Jungvolk flag and the Nazi flag .
The boys seem to wear the black style early DJ cap with some sort of device on front .
A few boys are wearing the early sigrune style belt buckel .
One photo look to have an HJ dagger but I cannot tell , (makes me think that those so called BDM knives without the diamond might be original but for export ... who knows , oh yeah ... Wittmann does LOL)
I can only see 1 person that has a crudely embroidered DJ USA triangle ...(I would love to have that) LOL .
It looks like they`re are not more than 150 boys in this propraganda video ., and maybe only 50 of the 150 have a regulation style uniform .

Just found a simular Sigrune sports patch on the internet . It may be good but not exact to the type that were worn with the American HJ sports kit .

Excellent. Thanks for doing that Joe. Here's another screen dump of that DJ USA triangle:

And there is this one In Griggstown, New Jersey from the day Hindenburg died. Never seen the DJ armband anywhere used by the AV until now. Must be some type of leader or something??

The one that you have found, Joe might be the one used by the Deutsche Pfadfinderbund (DPB)in the early 30s.
As you have already mentioned they are not the same.
With the HJ design the the upper and lower bars of the Sigrune are parallel to the diamond sides.
The crossbar is horizontal from the left to the right corner of the diamond.
The DPB Sigrune is much more like a ligthning sign. Nothing is parallel or horizontal.
Sorry, that the photo from the 1931 album is not clearer.
