Have no idea if this one is an original. Looks well-made.
Most I have seen from the "Vlaamse Jeugd" from Belgium do have a wider inner band,
looking as 1/3 of the width of the entire band.

To show that the sigrune indeed was worn, I do enclose two images from the "Vlaamse Jeugd":
one is taken in 1941 and shows six lads.
The second photograph is the Bann-leader (banleider) Renaat Bauweraert. Renaat was the so-called
"Vendelleider" from Bann I at Antwerp. The VJ was raised in the fall of 1940, combined July 1941
with the AVNJ. Renaat is being photographed with a female from the VJ, his girlfriend Tilleke.

Enjoy

..and surely with these, it will also be the same as within Germany in the beginning, that some kids did make their own as well, so it will be hard to say for sure what is 100% original. Unfortunately many rare items like these fall into this category of "never being 100% sure"

Interesting indeed...
It seems illogical to only 1 reproduction while making a lot of time and money, it seems to me more your own creation or somewhere in that direction.

But just what Metallwarenfabrik already said, you will never know certain.

Regards,
Coen
