Small HJ armband - for Deutsches Jungvolk DJ?

DJ/HJ armband


At approx. 15x9 cm this one is much smaller than a normal HJ armband and so I think it could be for a DJ boy. The larger armband measures approx. 21x11 cm. Opinions?
