Unidentified BDM Armband

I just saw some BDM photos on Ebay.de and wondered what the Armband might have read

Ebay item number is 381951984328, and there are several more nice BDM photos.

I do recognize a red cross stamp but for the rest... Maybe something related with the NSV?

Could be an Obergau/Untergau stamp:

Really difficult to make anything out as far as the wording on the armband is concerned... Possibly "....ungs-" and then "dienst" on the bottom line?

Could be Ordnungsdienst or Lagerordnungsdienst!
