Hi mates,

a friend of mine has 3 HJ buckles in his collection. What do you think of them?

Thanks and regards,
Sven.

Hi! Nice buckles.....all original. I particularly like the crank catch Assmann example. Thanks for sharing!

I second Robs thoughts.. all original
and as a side note .. I like the M5/276 klein and Quenzer
buckle, this is the only maker off the top of my head who uses the incorrect M5 designation on their buckles.. they produced steel , aluminum and zinc HJ all marked this way, also , I do believe that an original set of their dies was being used to make unmarked or spuriously marked repros for a while.. the repros had the same (dog faced) eagle (but were not marked M5/275)....
