Good day,
after having shown some of my HJ equipment, I want to show some of my HJ buckles.

First is my newest addition which is a 4/23 (Franke & Co., Lüdenscheid) in very good condition. The belt nicely marked "RZM L4/628/37 Kernstück". What I have never seen before: even the hook is RZM marked (M5/75, again Dr. Franke & Co. KG., Lüdenscheid)

Enjoy the pictures,

Chris

Next is a M4/24 (Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid) complete with belt and shoulder strap.
Belt and strap marked "Croupon L2/24", snap hooks marked "D.R.G.M M5/8c RZM A" (F W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid).

M5/276 (Klein & Quenzer AG., Oberstein a. d. Nahe) buckle, backside with full silver paint, but the front was rusty/sanded/polished... well, it's a pity.

Last one for now is an M4/13 (Paul Schuhmacher, Lüdenscheid) buckle with belt and shoulder strap. Buckle is very rusty and the leather is stiff. I didn't find the time yet to restore this.

And to complete it, here are the DJ buckles.
Heavily used.
Makers RZM 36 should be "Knopffabrik von Hofe & Co., Lüdenscheid"

Lately luck is on my side it seems.
DJ buckle from todays yard sale, marked RZM M/4/27 (Overhoff & Co., Lüdenscheid). Unfortunately the claw and pin are missing, but at the price the seller asked I didnt hesitate a second.

new to the collection:
an early RZM 17 Assman and a quite damaged M4/44 Cramer (I think it is, not sure though).
Also a small 35mm early HJ or SA buckle.

Looks to me like a late war Kriegsmetall buckle! Congrats on this new acquisition! There is zinc in the metal - that is what ended up absorbing the finish of the buckle.

Cheers!

Zinc is such a pain. Badges or buckles, better stay away from the zinc versions. This one was cheap so I bought it anyway.

nice assortment of buckles and belts, both DJ and HJ!
the RZM 36 is Berg & Nolte :)
thanks for sharing!

Thank you Zeller.
Latest additions are HJ RZM M4/38 (Sieper) and DJ RZM 50 (Willy Thuy) and DJ RZM M4/46 (Wilhelm Schroder).

Regards,
Chris
