In my opinion , No !
Mabye a 100 EK2s and a dozen EK1s awarded to Hitleryouth in the last months of the war .

With all the chaos at the end, it was amazing the apparatus was in place to award anything. Or would a lot be situations where the kid definitely earned the medal, but it isn't official? I'm thinking a situation like where Sepp Allerberger got the Ritterkreuz, but it was not approved by the guys in the head office (I know that's not what it's called but the name eludes me):blush:
